Thank you for choosing Semaglutide Medics. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, and returns are available for our services, subscriptions, consultations, and medication orders. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Free Consultations & Evaluations
Our initial medical evaluation or consultation that is explicitly offered as “free” or “no-obligation” is non-billable and therefore not subject to refund—because no payment is collected. If a fee was charged in error for a session marked free, please contact Support and we will correct the error and refund any incorrect charges.
2. Prescription Fees & Monthly Subscriptions
Semaglutide Medics offers subscription-based medication plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is charged only if a licensed provider approves and prescribes medication following your evaluation.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not retroactively refund past, completed billing cycles.
- Prorated refunds: We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial months after a medication has shipped or service has been delivered. Exceptions may be considered in limited circumstances at our discretion.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you notice a duplicate or mistaken charge, contact support within 30 days and we will investigate and refund validated errors.
3. Medication Orders & Returns (Including Compounded Medications)
For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications — including compounded semaglutide or other compounded products — cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once dispensed, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your delivery arrives damaged, tampered with, or you received the wrong medication, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected shipment.
- Quality or pharmacy error: If a licensed compounding pharmacy or our fulfillment partner confirms an error in compounding or fulfillment, we will work with them to replace the medication or issue a refund as appropriate.
- No returns for opened or used medication: Opened, partially used, or patient-administered medications are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Shipping & Lost Packages
We use tracked shipping for medication deliveries. If your shipment is lost in transit, contact Support immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to locate the package and may arrange a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms loss. Semaglutide Medics is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages if a tracking delivery signature or proof of delivery is available and verifies correct delivery to the address provided.
5. Refund Request Process
- Contact Support at support@semaglutidemedics.org with your name, order or subscription ID, date of charge, and reason for the refund request.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and begin an investigation.
- Validated refunds for billing errors or approved exceptions will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (processing times may vary by bank).
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, Semaglutide Medics will still investigate and respond. Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage contacting Support first so we can resolve issues quickly.
7. Exceptions & Medical Discretion
Because Semaglutide Medics provides medical services and prescription medications, certain refunds may be handled differently due to clinical or regulatory considerations. Refunds related to clinical decisions, safety issues, or pharmacy actions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in coordination with our licensed providers and pharmacy partners.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
